Create Blog/Post - Why lifelong learning? (Library 2.0 Week 2 Thing 3)

What's so important about lifelong learning? Is it that we need to continue learning to keep ourselves from stagnating or is it that we continue to learn to stay one step ahead of the competition? Whatever the answer, it it an important concept for many of us. In my job it is important to continue to learn because nothing in the technology business stays the same for long. I need to learn and grow to just keep up with the status quo. The sheer volume of information in today's world is overwhelming. Technology can help one to manage and organize what is important. It is diadvantageous to navigate today's world without it. Taking this course if one way for me to keep up with technology and the whole idea of Web 2.0. (Library 2.0 Week 2 Thing 3)
